Please tell me corect or not correct.

a. It's a one hundred and twenty year-old building.
b. It's a a hundred and twenty year-old building.
c. It's a hundred and twenty year-old building.
d. It's one hundred and twenty year-old building.

It is sure that (a) and (b) are not correct . If only (c) and (d) are correct, how to distinguish btw the article "a" for building and the "a" of "120"?
