My opinion is that "your" is correct as it appears in the test question.

The word helping is a gerund in the sentence and not part of a verb tense. The word helping functions like a noun.
In order to use you're (and the present continuous), you'd have to rewrite the sentence. For example:
I really appreciate it that you're helping me at this difficult time.
