Me is the object pronoun; mine is the possessive pronoun.

The picture is mine = It is my picture.
The picture is me = I am the picture or I am in the picture.

Since in the test question, flowers are in the picture, not a person, me is a wrong choice. Their and your are wrong also, but for a different reason: they are possessive adjectives, not pronouns. Theirs and yours would be correct choices.
