Either versus Too

where can I use " Either and too " at these sentences ?
and could you give me the rule of them

He :"I didn't like it "
She :"I didn't like it "
---------------------------
He: "I like it "
She: "I like it "

You should either in negative sentences (at the end):

He :"I didn't like it. "
She :"I didn't like it either."

In affirmative and interrogative sentences you would use too at the end of the sentence:

He: "I like it "
She: "I like it too. "

In both cases the meaning is the same as "also".

(Some teachers/books will tell you that you need a comma before too and either in sentences like these.)
