They are called compound adjectives (if you mean those which are formed of two or more words, that is).

Hi Conchita

I asked about those adjectives that are written with hyphen. Some of them have a verb as the first part.

By the way:

online
on-line

Which one is a compound adjective? Both?

Both are compound adjectives: 'online' is a solid compound adjective and 'on-line' is a hyphenated compound adjective.
