Actually, I'd have said "David Beckham's falling out with"
(David Beckham's quarrel or disagreement with).

I'd use the word fallout differently (American English).

Fallout means the detonation of a nuclear bomb, but the figurative meaning of quarrel should also be OK in my opinion...
