I have found a few expressions which can replace the phrase "I think", here are they:

In my book
To my mind
For my money
In my point of view/viewpoint

Could you share me some more expressions which mean similiar to "I think" ?

You could also say "My two cents is (that)..."

"My two cents" = my (humble) opinion.

This is frequently used to soften an opinion.
