Hi Alex

There is a small possibility of failing. (OK - Failing is definitely a possibility)
There is a little possibility of failing. (Grammatically OK, but using 'a little' sounds unnatural to me in this sentence.)

There is little possibility of failing. (Without the word 'a' --> Failing is not likely)
