1)I would prefer half an hour AT the morning and half an hour AT the afternoon

2)I would prefer half an hour DURING the morning and half an hour DURING the afternoon

3)I would prefer half an hour ON the morning and half an hour ON the afternoon

4) I would prefer half an hour IN the morning and half an hour IN the afternoon

You could also say during but not at or on.
