What is correct here: has or have?

It may be very easy but I don't know the correct one.

1. You and Gerda has the same access right or...
2. You and Gerda have the same access right.

Does it matter the order?

You and Gerda has the same access right.
Gerda and you have the same access right.

The order has no significance but as the subject is plural, the verb must also indicate that - 'have'

You would also say:

John and Gerda have the same access rights.

Joining two singular nouns with 'and' results in a plural subject.
