Which one of the following sentences is more natural and correct? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Very Happy

* Further to our discussion regarding my medium of education being English, please receive a few evidences.

* Further to our discussion regarding my medium of education as being English, please receive a few evidences.

Your two sentences don't quite click:

Perhaps I could rework this as:

Further to our discussion /when I explained that I was educated in English/ concerning my English education, I am pleased to offer the following evidence.

Note that evidence is usually non-countable.

I would like to inform you that the company had asked me to prove that the MEDIUM of my education was English. So, could you please tell me if "English education" in your sentence gives the same meaning as "medium of education"?
