each city has a certain average speed. whatever risky tricks you do winning 0.01 second each, there is a big chance to end up either on a red light or in front of that pedestrian stuff or, finally, on the right side of the road with red-blue lights flashing behind Smile
it is quite rare that one gets seemingly beyond the average
