Dear Friends
I have a fully funded scholarship from the Egyptian government to study PhD in an American Univ., my GRE is 290 verbal ,540 analytical,3 in writing and my GPA is 80% , my TOEFL is 597,do i need to retake the GRE or i apply with this score.

A 290 verbal is going to seriously hurt your chances at most American schools. I would definitely retake.
