1-- the meaning of 'milk' here is 'exploit as much as possible'. 'Extract' and 'utilize' are verbs of objective activities, where 'milk' and 'exploit' suggest unfairly extreme activities.

2-- A scream is not a common overt signal of anger; it is usually associated with fright. ('Glare' would be a better collocation for 'anger'). Also, 'blush' and 'smile' are visual facial expressions (as is 'glare'), while a scream is a sound.
