The best way to learn prepositions is to try and remember them in context - in a group of words. It would be pointless to spend ages learning prepositions in isolation. So, remember groups like shake someone by the hand, travel by train, go there on foot, be under the impression that, speak in a loud voice and so on. And good luck!
