'plenty of' vs 'many' vs 'a lot of'

Which one could be appropriate in my sentence? and what would be the difference in meaning?

'Fruit' is normally used uncountably (Fruit is delicious), but the plural countable 'fruits' occasionally occurs when speaking of different types (Cuba grows the following fruits: mangos, papayas and bananas).

Since you have elected to use the countable plural, you can use these:

She has plenty of / many / a lot of/ fruits.

Their meanings are the same.
