Attention: please correct me whether im wrong in the following writings

i sit for ielts exam two years back and i secured a band score of 5.5, it was not satisfactory, now im doing bachelor in malaysia and hoping to get scholarship in australia, for this i have to resit for ielts exam where i must secure a band score of at least 6.5. can anyone willing to help me out, what competencies should i develop for this to happen? please i want to develop reading and writing skills.

I sat for my IELTS exam two years back and I secured a grade of 5.5, it was not satisfactory. Now I am doing a Bachelors in Malaysia and hoping to get a scholarship in Australia. For this I have to resit my IELTS exam, where I must secure a at least 6.5.
Is anyone willing to help me out? (Could anyone help me out?) What competencies should I develop for this to happen? Please, I would like to develop my reading and writing skills.
