Practice makes perfection.
So here I’m going to practice my English while I'm writing about a variety of subjects.

Today’s issue is weight lifting, dieting, women and men.

Let’s talk about women and men. Usually women are connected with diet and men with weight lifting. Big mistake. To explain why, let us ask a question: “Why are we doing all this?” The answer is: “To look good, to be attractive, to be healthy.” Well, all this comes with the right diet + sport, in this case weight lifting. Diet does not mean starvation, it means healthy eating; and weight lifting does not mean Ronnie Coleman, it means relief tight body.
Imagine that we got two cars - Ferrari and Lada. They are fairly different but we use them in the same way – ignite the engine, switch over the gear, step on the gas and go for a ride. We take care for them in the same way too – change the engine oil, cleanse the window glass and park in to the garage. Now imagine that these two cars represent the man and the woman.
Men should weight lift and keep to a diet for maximum results and women should weight lift (go in for sports) and keep on a diet for maximum results, because we are much alike. Cool
Exciting, don’t you think? Smile

Here's something funny Laughing

CONCERNED ABOUT TOO MANY CARBS IN YOUR DIET?

For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all ! those conflicting nutritional studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

CONCLUSION

Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you!
