Hi,

I need to notify our client that a specific interface (we use word "interface" for a small part of a big programm) finished working without any error messages (i.e. fine). What verb should I use to convey such a message?
Can it be said this way: The interface worked out fine/OK ?

Every suggestion is highly appreciated

Thanks !

Hi Alex

You could say one of these:
- The interface worked fine. (your version) Smile
- The interface performed without any errors.
- The interface ran without any errors.
- There were no error messages when we tested the interface.

Actually, I wrote "worked out" Embarassed but I just looked that phrasal verb up (more attentively this time) and jumped to a conclusion that it does not work here, does it?

Here's another suggestion:

The interface was successfully completed. Or:

The interface completed successfully.
