Hi

Could you please tell me the difference between the two?

1- outbox
2- sentbox

If the message that you have sent to someone remains in the outbox for a long time--what does it mean?

Hi Tom,

A message that you want to send to somebody stays in the outbox until the recipient opens the message. Once the recipient opens your message, it appears in your sentbox.

Regards,
Torsten
