Is there any difference between modal and auxiliary?

Hi, guys

As I know,both of modal and auxiliary belong to grammar terms and they are verbs,too, such as can,might ,etc. However, is there any difference between them? Could you give me some examples as well? I think it's grammar only. I still would like to know the details. Thanks in advance.

Modal auxiliaries are auxiliaries that express a mood: can, could, should, might, must, etc.

Non-modal auxiliaries are have, be, do
