Is it really possible to get prepared for GRE General for non-native speaker in 1.5 months? I really wonder. If there's someone who has experienced the same situation?

I did not experiance it but according to the Princeton's review "Cracking the GRE", 8 weeks are enough to do so.

Question about GRE preparation time Wed Apr 09, 2008 5:58 am  Question about GRE preparation time

Btw, Princeton Review provides 3 plans for preparing for the GRE that fit to their book (1. 4 weeks, 2. 8 weeks, 3. 12 weeks). So according to that, 4 weeks is the minimum period and 12 weeks is maximum period. The reason, according to them, is that 4 week is not enough to get familiar with the patterns and skills required for the exam while 12 weeks is long enough that additional time will make you forget what you studied earlier since you will not have more material to learn from. Finally (IMO), it depends on your readiness for the exam (i.e., if you believe your level is really bad, give it more time to learn more vocabulary which is important for the verbal part). Cheers
