Do I Need To Take TOEFL®?

Hi all.

I am new here. My virgin post...

Anyway, I am from Singapore. And I intend to go to Foothill College in USA.

I understand many international students need to take TOEFL as their native language is not english.

However, as some of you might know, Singapore's education is in english.

So do I still need to take TOEFL??

I emailed the school already. But it's been 3 days now. No replies...

So anyone can advice??

i dont know too much about this stuff but i strongly recommended that you should ask your university diectly...
