put the correct form of the verb in the bracket below:
Life....(expect)of the USA has been increasing in the recent years.
I think it's "expectation" but my teacher said it was "expectance"
Is it correct?

I would use the word 'expectancy'.
'Life expectancy' is a common collocation and refers to the number of years that people can generally expect to live.

You might possibly find the word 'expectance' in a dictionary, but I've never heard anyone use it.

By the way, there are some other aspects of your sentence that could be improved. You should change 'of' to 'in' and omit 'the' at the end:

Life expectancy in the USA has been increasing in recent years.
