Mine was the same after gaining a stone over christmas. I've been doing alright by not combining my carbohydrates (pasta, spuds, rice) with animal fats. In other words, no crabs with carbs

This year, is gonna be important yet exciting year for me. Possibly, this year I will finish my undergraduate study. I want to apply Australia PR and find the job here. As the Australia immigration requirement, I need to provide IELST with 7. Thus, this year, I need put great effort in my learning English activities.
Another resolution is to be more socialized, get involve in voluntary activities. |

Because this number sounds realistically to me. If I focus exclusively on German I will be able to learn a lot more, say, 10 000, but I highly doubt I will be able to memorize them well. |

i smoke, i drink, i wanted to quit them so badly. i did stop for about a month. but i picked it up again... =(
so, i guess quiting smoking and drinking will be my new "new year resolution" again... |

i smoke, i drink, i wanted to quit them so badly. i did stop for about a month. but i picked it up again... =(
so, i guess quiting smoking and drinking will be my new "new year resolution" again... |
When my mum began having pulmonary problems, she quit cigarettes quickly. But 'problems' should here read 'close to coffin'. Rapid deterioration made her quit. |
