Can any one please help to rephrase the below sentence. I am improving my english writing skills.

We have cad software installed on our development boxes up and running, but not sure about the policies to distribute software and documentation within our company or within the projects. Please contact my manager, guru to discus further

Hi Ak,

Of course when can help you rephrase the sentences once you make the first attempt. By the way, please try to avoid obvious spelling mistakes such as "english", "discus", "Thanks in Advance", etc.
