That's a VERY impressive increase in verbal! I think it will definitely help your chances when the schools see your progression. Nice job.

Practically every graduate school in the US seems to have a CS program, so you're going to have to do some searching to find some good schools. There are a handful of graduate school search sites out there, Google that phrase and see what you find. I have used the search tool on www.review.com and got some very good suggestions (I'm not doing CS, though).
