Hi Tom,

Your sentence is a bit too 'condensed' to sound natural to me:

Quote:

He would never have a deal causing him loss.

To start with, I would say: do a deal and then I would continue: that would cause him to lose .'

Turns out I've rewritten it! But there you are.
