Usage of the verb "continuous"

Can we use the continous form such verbs like see, hear?

Because i have seen some sentences in continuous form verb like see.

If we use Could you give me some examples

And also if you find any grammar mistakes in the above sentences ,can you point out the mistakes .

Hi,

When these verbs are used in the continuous form, they take on a different meaning. 'I am hearing stories about the price of bread going up' means 'stories like these are coming to my notice/I am being told these stories'.

'I am seeing Mary at six tonight' means 'I am going to meet Mary ...'
