Can some one please help me with these questions?

1) What is the word for describing the way of walking slowly where one drags one's feet, like a zombie or something

2) Are the words like scurry, scamper, scramble used often in colloquial language?

Hello,

I am not a native speaker of English, hence my opinion shall not be taken too seriously.

1) 'Slug', maybe even 'totter';

2) No idea.
