Hi there,

I don't think you need a 'lesson plan'. Those kids are 3-5 years old, so just play with them! Treat them like you'd treat children from your country, but don't use your country's language. Just speak English. Repetition should be the magic recipe here. You'll be surprised how fast they parrot and use English words.
