Hi,

Could you please explain me what's the difference between 'development' and 'improvement'? And do they have plural forms?

Thanks
Liza

The word 'development' indicates some kind of change. It could be either positive or negative. The word 'improvement' always has a positive sense.

Both words can be used as plurals (e.g. in order to refer to more than one specific change).

By the way, you should either delete the word 'me' from your original question OR write 'to me'. The most commonly used wording would be without the word 'me'.
The word what's is also unnecessary.

"Development" can also mean changes in something that make it bigger or more sophisticated, such as "child development" or "research and development". Often the idea of development includes the idea of improvement.
