I am an English teacher. I am bad at listening skill, for example when I took toefl test, my listening score is worse than other skills (I never took speaking and TWE of Toefl test). could you give me best practices to improve my listening skill.

I have noticed that Sue Darville often pronounces the word 'ofTen' with 'T' in the middle. I always thought that we should pronounce this one like ['ofen]. Am I wrong?

Actually I like audio session with Sue. I can practice my listening skill here. But I have problem in many sessions, because when I click the play, there’s no voice and the sentence “file not found” has appear. How about that? I also have a question, how to save that audio file to my PC?
