Question Barack Obama has been criticized for advocating a return to the failed policies of the '60s and '70s such as higher taxes.Even Obama's opponents admire his eloquence, but they say "talk is cheap".Will Barack Obama be able to bring America back to its golden times? Very Happy Thanks for your answer.www.doctorenglish.blogspot.com Very Happy

No. Economies are driven by financial freedom, and obama will try to raise taxes on all but those who don't contribute. He'll get us out of Iraq, leaving the work unfinished and basically saying "bleep you" to all the Iraqis trying to re-program Iraq as a free country. We need to win to send terrorists the message that we won't give up, that we have the resolve to see an objective through to its completion.

Obama will be hard on business and soft on security and for those two main reasons, I won't vote for him. If he were a moderate Democrat, I might listen, but he's about as far left as they come in mainstream American politics.

People need to realize that it is not the US government's responsibility to save them from their stupid decisions.
