if I can I'll visit Europe this year.

Which is the correct one, please?

Both would be correct and completely interchangeable if you capitalize and punctuate them properly.

"If I am able to, I'll visit Europe this year."
"If I can, I'll visit Europe this year."

They're the same thing, and there's no difference in meaning.
