About TOEFL®: First steps before the exam

is there a traning about toefl course because i need that
i search here and all i found is exams and i need to know it first before the exams

The best teacher we have is within us. Proper and honest usage of grammar rules like capitalizing letters and using punctuation marks should come from within. No one else is going to do that for us.
