hi i am new for this forum .i am going to give toefl test this month end. so i want to practice speaking and writing section.i donot know.where to post the essay and where to record the voice messages.please help me.

as for sending the essay i guess just start a new topic and give it a heading say... TOEFL ESSAY and put your essay in the message.
As for recording the message in each new message there is a button a the bottom which says record message. press that and follow the instructions
