Hi Alan

I have some question to ask you
1. what are different between must/might/may/should/could/would/will+ have... and must/might/may/should/could/would/will+ be....?
2. about passive for example
- that house was built in 1977----> Can I say : that house have been built since 1977 or for over 30-year ago.is it similar meaning?

1. what are different between must/might/may/should/could/would/will+ have... and must/might/may/should/could/would/will+ be....?-- This is far too broad a question to be dealt with here. Please do some basic reading on MODAL AUXILIARIES.

2. about passive for example
- that house was built in 1977----> Can I say : that house have been built since 1977 or for over 30-year ago.is it similar meaning?-- No, that structure is not semantically good English.
