Hello All,

In English, one word refers to the different meanings. whereas how could i find that word which is used for this meaning only in that sentence.

could anybody tell me?

I'm not sure I understand your question.

I think you're asking how you know which particular meaning of a word is used in a given sentence? If so, you have to use your dictionary and see which definition best fits the context of the sentence.
