I can't understand the sentence.
I know the meaning fo the correct word but can't get the main idea.

Hi Deya,

Transfer your allowance .... This means you can let your spouse/partner/husband/wife have the benefit of not paying tax on a sum of money they earn instead of you having the benefit yourself.
