In the sentence

____ are you going to get home from work?

It is possible to use Who if you mean that you are going to move a workmate of yours from his work to his home??

No, Jon, that would be an unnatural sentence.

It would always be better to say something like this:
Who are you going to drive home from work?

So, my question is why the question can use Why? Is it true to say:

How do you usually get home?

In the same way could I say:

How are you going to get home?
