Should have + third form / shoulded

What's the difference beetween those two forms?
Are they both correct?
When do we use them and which one is more popular or proper?

There is no 'shoulded', Tom.

I should have bought a newspaper today indicates that I will not buy one; I am now unable to do so for some reason.

I should buy a newspaper today indicates that in the near future I will try to do so, or that it is a good idea to do so.

I just saw the formshoulded at forum on the network.
So this is mistake.
You wrote that I should have bought a newspaper means that I did not buy it and will not buy it in the near future. So it refers to the future.
And how can I say the sentence that refers only to the past? "I should have bought a paper last week but I didn't" would be correct?

I should have bought a newspaper today is in no sense the future. Its implication is that 'I will not buy one; I am now unable to do so for some reason': the statement is bemoaning the fact that I did not make the purchase and today is effectively finished.

Should have done is the past form.

So it refers to the past. "I should have bought a newspaper yesterday but I forgot" is correct and intelligible, isn't it?
