Hi Goran,

In this context only nothing else makes sense because this means that's all we need to buy, there isn't anything we need in addition.
Please also note that the correct word order of your question would be Why is excluded incorrect? and Why is the answer else?

What would be quick in that sentence? what does ,,oh dear'' mean?
