How i can I've tried to use a swear word #2 (permalink) Sun Apr 16, 2006 10:57 am   How i can I've tried to use a swear word

Hi English Learner!

The easiest explanation is:
The question is 'when'? (When do you have to pick John up at the airport?)

The only sentence that gives you a 'when' answer is (c) five o'clock.

Additionally, the question refers to the future. Answer (a) is a past tense sentence (flew), so, also for that reason, it doesn't fit the question.

Hope that helps
