Yes, you can say two loaves of...,ten loaves of...!
Ex.If You Have Two Loaves of Bread, Sell One and Buy a Lily

Just an added comment:

The singular of "loaves" is "loaf"
1 loaf of bread
2 loaves of bread, etc.

As far as I know, the word "loave" doesn't exist.
